The screen is a single shaft type supported
by two bearing at the side plates of the screen
body, which provides maximum stroke with flexure
of the shaft and the side plates. Eccentric
weight can be changed to adjust the stroke
length as required. This screen can be used
for primary, secondary and tertiary screening
of fine crushed aggregates. The inclinations
of the slope of the screen deck can be fixed
at 15, 20 & 30 degrees as per requirement.
The decks are made of perforated sheet and
mesh. The most salient feature of our screens
is that it results in a very high ratio of
through put per unit of screen area. The Vibrating
Screens are available in different capacities
to suit the requirement of individual customers.
